Lattices
Lattice designs / patterns are available as an upgrade with prices varying according to the material required and complexity to build. The lattice are 1-1/4" wide, are made of the same material as the frame and are always applied to both sides of the panel.
The types below are our most popular designs, but feel free to design your own and email it or fax it in with your quote request. It can be a simple sketch or scaled drawing. Either will do for pricing purposes. The first Raydoor systems were designed with lattice patterns that acted as a kaleidoscope making different patterns as the panels passed each other. The intent was to design a system that looked beautiful, elegant and interesting in all three phases. The open, transition, and closed phases.
Available Lattice Choices
Type 1
Type 1 lattice is any lattice design or pattern that uses one horizontal (or vertical) lattice bar. Specify the height and location in your drawing.
Type 2
Type 2 lattice is any lattice design or pattern that uses two horizontal (or vertical) lattice bars. One bar can butt the other as shown in the diagram. Specify the height and location in your drawing.
Type 3
Type 3 lattice is any lattice design or pattern that uses 3-5 horizontal lattice bars.
Type 4
Type 4 lattice is any lattice design or pattern that uses box shaped lattice like the one in the diagram.
Custom
