The 'Tilt' chair is part of the Premier collection, a limited production line, by New York-based 280:design, a collective formed by Basia Grocholski, Olga Krigman and Luke Siegel. With its chunky linear profile, 'Tilt' stood out at New York's ICFF show as somewhat reminiscent of a deck chair but with a certain Dutch spirit, determined from its hard-edged, bleached plywood frame and stark, functional look. The seat is made of a specially treated MDF, which is carried through the rest of 280:design's collection.
